E-Books Directory is a free web resource which contains links to free downloadable e-books, technical papers, documents, as well as user contributed content, articles, reviews and comments. E-Books Directory is a service to students, researchers and e-book lovers.
E-Books Directory does not support copyright infringement, nor will it link to web sites that trade copyrighted material. If you find a questionable link on this web site, please contact the webmaster.
The site is launched in 2008, it is a database-driven web site using PHP scripting language and MySQL relational database. There are currently 6203 e-books listed in 583 categories.

RSS button is added today, see the top-right corner of the window. This is an easy way to get the latest e-book titles with short summaries. Subscribe to this feed and use an RSS reader to have content feeds of your choice delivered to your web browser or mobile device.

C++ category is now separated from the C folder. This new category contains 16 free books on C++ programming language at the moment. The books cover everything from introduction to the C++ programming language for beginners, to advanced programming techniques and tools for professionals.

The E-Books Directory counter reached 1,000 today and it continues to grow. Quite a decent size for a small library, but much more books will be added in the year 2009. Bookmark this site and stay tuned, much more ebooks are comming in all categories, all for free.

The folder with free Java and J2EE ebooks counts now almost 30 items - more than 5,000 pages of both beginning and advanced tutorials, hands-on guides, programming tips, and source code listings. And there is yet more to come in the next few days and weeks!
